Employment Requirements:
Licensed Caregivers:
  • Active CNA or HCA Certification in WA
  • Instructor Lead CPR and First Aid
  • Food Handler’s Card
  • Driver License
  • Auto Insurance
  • 2 Professional References
  • Clear Background Check
  • Pass A Drug Screening
HCA Trainee Program
  • 1 year caregiver experience, or prior completion of a CNA program.
  • Able to commit to a 90 day timeline for completion of the HCA program which includes: 32 hours of online training modules and 24 hours of in person training classes.
  • Cost: $225 for the state testing fee. All materials are paid for by Solutions.
  • Must be available to work at least 30 hours a week for Home Care Solutions.
  • Must be an employee in good standing with Home Care Solutions to remain in the program.

Caregiver’s are usually hired as Part-Time to start. We do not guarantee 40 hours a week. However, the more available and flexible a caregiver is, the closer to full-time hours we can get them. We reserve full-time Monday-Friday day shift schedules for our caregivers who have put in time with the company, shown that they are reliable and knowledgeable, and have maintained good standings with their credentials.
